These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetHiredWith.ai, including our website, app, interview simulations, reports, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a pack, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account unless caused by our breach.

GetHiredWith.ai is an interview training platform and currently includes:

• AI-powered interview simulations;
• assessment scoring and feedback reports;
• progress analytics and guided improvement loops;
• feature-tiered access based on your selected pack.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve reliability, safety, and user outcomes.

Current pack model shown on the website:

• Free: 1 assessment per month
• Starter: one-time pack with 30 assessments
• Pro: one-time pack with 100 assessments

Starter and Pro include premium capabilities such as AI hints and personal tracking. Credits/packs are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes may be added based on billing details and law.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party processors.
• Purchases are generally final once credits are issued, except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly approved by us.

You agree not to:

• share account access with others;
• abuse, probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform systems;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity;
• attempt to circumvent limits, metering, or safety controls;
• copy or republish substantial portions of protected platform content without permission.

You retain ownership of your content (for example, answers, code snippets, and recordings) subject to rights required to operate the service.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display your content to provide simulations, scoring, support, quality improvement, and security operations.

The platform, software, models, design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GetHiredWith.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership of our technology or brand assets.

The service provides training guidance and simulated feedback, not guaranteed factual, legal, financial, employment, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for final decisions and actions. GetHiredWith.ai does not guarantee interviews, offers, or job placement outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, legal non-compliance, or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions (for example, liability, IP, indemnity, and dispute clauses) survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetHiredWith.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetHiredWith.ai and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
