  • Profile and onboarding data: target role, experience level, skills, language, and preparation goals.
  • Assessment and training data: interview responses (text and/or audio), transcripts, code snippets, session metadata, scores, improvement trends, and feedback history.
  • Payment and billing data: plan selection, invoice details, tax information, transaction references, and payment status. Card/bank details are processed by payment processors, not stored in full by us.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device details, operating system, pages viewed, app events, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Referral and campaign data: referral code and attribution markers (for example, cookie/local storage keys used to attribute signups).

3. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • deliver interview simulations, scoring, hints, and personalized progress tracking;
  • process purchases, invoices, taxes, and account credits;
  • improve product quality, reliability, and model performance;
  • monitor abuse, secure the platform, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • communicate product updates, operational notices, and support responses;
  • measure growth, conversions, and product usage analytics.
